Friendship Manor is moving into its next era of excellence. In 2024, several new rounds of construction began, adding amenities and refreshing the campus that's served thousands of Quad City-area seniors since 1979. Friendship Manor has evolved to meet the changing needs and desires of our valued residents across the decades, and continues to do so today.
“Our seniors today differ from the first through our doors in 1979. They have different needs and are looking for upgraded amenities. We are rising to meet those desires with this expansive plan of improvement,” Friendship Manor President and CEO Ted Pappas Jr. said of the $12.5 million Re-Establishing Friendship project. “The plans have been unveiled to current residents and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We are heading in the right direction for our future.”
From fun social events to quieter activities, Friendship Manor is known for our calendar of events!
